1 pound.
It's the small victories in life!

I realize that at this rate it's going to take me 2 months to get to my goal, but I'm also learning how to do it right.

I'm so stoked that I found the Fat Secret calorie counter for my Droid. It's so awesome to be able to look up the facts on take out places.

Also, now that I'm learning how to do it right, once I do drop the 10 pounds, I'll keep it off & not just lose it for a couple of weeks & have the whole thing shot to hell after one night out drinking & eating!
