Congrats to losing weight but remember you have to be patient if your scale doesn’t show a loss again right away 😊One day at a time meal by meal 🥘 Again congrats to losing 👍

Thank you I know it takes one meal at a time and day by day I've been doing this for a while but so far I kept a little over a hundred pounds off for about 2 years but I'm still working hard to lose what I got left but I have a lot of support at home and now on here I really appreciate all the support I get on❤
