Back on track with No Donuts!! Had a plams full of cashews for a snack this morning... really helps with the temptation. Much better day so far.

Im not fasting...like a real set time... I usually have dinner around 6pm and then breakfast at 7-ish. So thats really it. I'm not like some that fast 20hours... I haven't built my bravery up for that yet. lol!
