Still not smoking.. so that is a plus on me becoming healthier.

I've been exercising in my company gym (running, walking, jogging, elliptical, sit ups, stretching, lifting weights) 4 days per week after work (M-TH)for 45min-1hr and monitoring what I'm eating.

I just want to see some results!

I'm thinking of joining a boot camp type program. I've found one in my area that is 4 weeks long and only costs $40 and its mon, weds, and friday mornings.. I'm thinking I may need something like that to "jump start" some weight loss.
