Well - I haven't felt well today, I had a headache from the time I got up thru most of the day! I must be from TOM ! I finally got rid of my headache after eating a few more carbs than I should, then I had dinner (more carbs) but I fell ok and all and all I am only about 30 carbs over for the day. Th=e biggest problem was that I only ate 50% of my RDI. I just can't eat anymore. I guess I will go to bed and see what the scale has to say tomorrow! Have a good night all!
