Day 5 Still doing well, although it's been challenging. Wednesday night I overate, but I only ate SB approved foods. I know that's pushing the limit, but it's better than overeating junk food. I'm down to 152 this morning. That's a 7 pound loss. Whoo hooo. I need to get back to my 148 and work my way down to 140 from there. Baby steps Bob.
