I love chorizo in my eggs. A little goes a long way!

I made a chorizo bolognase spaghetti casserole. I just added my favorite spicy spaghetti sauce (sometimes I make my own homemade) added a little milk and flour to make it a pink sauce - folded in cooked chorizo - added cooked spaghetti mixed put in 13x9x2 topped with shredded Mexican cheese baked until cheese bubbled - turned broil on high till cheese turned light brown. Delicioso!
