I got right back on track today. It is hard to get enough to eat during the day that feels like it's energy food and still have enough calories left to eat dinner AND lose weight. It was discouraging to see the scale go up this morning. I know that you aren't supposed to weigh so often but I long to see progress. I do think that I feel a difference but I am very much a numbers person.
