It'sssss Friday yeah.

My 5th day and my 3rd workout. At this stage of the week, I'd normally be thinking about what I'd be cooking tonight 'cause I do like to cook something special on a Friday night and wash it down with a few glasses of vino BUT NOT this Friday. No, this Friday shall be low calorie yet tasty and I will be having a few glasses of our finest H2O.

I'm going to have my couple of glasses of vino on Saturday night so in order to do that I will be arranging my food to accommodate those calories. (Well that's my plan anyway..fingers crossed)

I'm definitely sleeping better, I went to bed at 9.30pm last night (I know, not like me at all) and I was up at 6.00am which is why I have time to dot down my progress.
