Today was my first day of the weight challenge at the gym. It was great but I felt a lil bad for myself. It seems that I have let myself go so bad, that doing the most beginner exercises, has become almost impossible. While doing the team assessment, I was the slowest and did the least amount during the time that we had. Ugh...
However, this is not a pitty party. The reason that I'm doing this is to change my lifestyle, and I'm here to work it out. What you see today, will not be the same tomorrow anymore.
