Had a typical "fall off the healthy eating train" weekend, but I definitely l learned a few things about the WW system and why it works. I kept track of everything as far as I know, and I realized that I could be pretty indulgent and stay within reason (plus a couple of pts). The thing is, it's important not to go totally over board. So even though I ordered thai and had red wine with the girls on Friday night, the whole day wasn't a write off because all things considered I was still only at around 30 points, which is only 1 pt above target! However, mentally I told myself that it was a write off day, so I also had doritos, and took Greg up on his offer of mcdonald's when he was late getting home. Without the doritos at 5pm (10 pts) and mcdonalds at 2am (16 pts), I was golden for friday. Good to friggin know! I will remember that next time I am planning a weekend day.
