The last 3 days I have been doing the weight watchers point system as opposed to calorie counting. For whatever reason (ie. maybe simple math?!) I like it better. It makes you very aware of how much you are eating, sets really common sense goals for how many points for each meal and snack, and the calculators online are GREAT for calculating point value of the things you eat AND for calculating how many points you should target.
