Shouldn't have used two different weighing scales :( One says I'm 149 lb and one says 153 lb It's a loss in both cases, and while I want to believe it is a 4 lb lose I think it's unlikely. So I'm going to record the loss here as 1 lb.
Hopefully though I'm building a little bit of muscle as well. I've been to the gym Sunday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and this Sunday - totaling about three hours on weights and about four and a half of cardio, plus walking to and from the gym to the bus station.
