I am excited to post my first 'Transformation Tuesday'! The pic on the right was the real eye opener for me. There were a few times during the last 6 months that I would just not give AF but remembered, the end result is to live a longer healthier mobile life with my babies. Since December 2018, I have lost 35 lbs, (I weighed 255 in December 2018, I just refused to add it in on FS) and went from a size 16 to a size 12. I am half way towards my first goal of getting under 200lbs!
