So....I have hit a plateau. I dropped a lot of weight quickly which was amazing. I dropped down to a low of 191 lbs. I have rebounded and been holding between 192 and 194 for a couple of weeks. Grateful for the 15 pounds I've lost but not ready to quit yet. I believe the body is in reset mode. And I have been hitting higher carb numbers due to some of the fruit that has found it's way into my diet. I'm going to refocus my keto effort and nix some of those carbs. Also, I suspect some of my weight is because I am actively building muscle with workouts several days per week. I completed one today and was very pleased and proud of myself to realize that I had progressed a lot! My strength and stamina have definitely improved. I can tell the weight has gone because people have started noticing and making comments. Someone told me I looked taller. So I'm going to keep on doing what I have been with a little more focus and wait for my body and the scale to catch up.
