Hello ALL.....

Another day another success?????????? I think anyway.

Good workout this morning on the Elliptical: 50 minutes over 130 bpm average. Feel good about the foods I have planned for the day.

Looking forward to hearing from your successes also.

I wish I could do working out in the morning. I do mine after work. 50 minutes on the elliptical is awesome. Thats what I do at the gym with a heart rate around 160.

awesome ... good job. I wasn't able to get motivated this morning for my workout. Hopefully, tomorrow is a better day for me.
