This will be my first FULL day on the "I don't need no stinkin diet" group forum.

My wife has also accepted this as her new "her". She is also reading the book that was talked about on Oprah last week, and she is completely head over heels with it. "Women Food and God" It really relies on the facts of what food is and what it is not. When we are hungry and when we are not.

For me another day, towards healthy exercise, eating and portion controls.
5:10am good 50 minute recumbant bike ride at @130 bpm.
Good hearty breakfast of egg whites and Josephs lavash flatbread. This flat bread is awesome. 5 grams of fiber, 100 calories, and 10 grams of protein. At wal-mart it is only 2.12 for a pack of 4 not cheap but I'm worth it!!!
