Didnt know this site existed so finally I have something to log my progress besides my wife of course. I have been on Atkins for about 2.5 months and have already lost 20 lbs and now working toward my BMI ideal weight. Its been a long journey so far and Christmas was hell but now that I am over the hump I can focus on my naked holiday in Jamaica in late Feb. and hopefully will continue when I get back.
