I just got out late last night. I have an appointment on monday to get prepped for my surgery next week. They are going to remove my gallbladder because of the blockage from the stones. And then do a scope to see what else is going on but my gallbladder is becoming infected and must be taken out as soon as possible before anything gets worse.

I thought it was unexpected. I have been having all this pain for months and the doctors always just said it was my GERD, IBS and possible endo. I had no idea it was this and honestly wish I had more time to gain sick time for the recovery.

You have multiple risk factors for gallbladder disease. It just finally caught up with you. Can’t remember if you do Keto or not, but that would be another yet potential risk factor.

Your art is beautiful. I had emergency surgery years ago to remove my gallbladder. It was gangrenous and effecting my liver. I had 5 large stones. Doctor said it was from losing weight then gaining it back 😬... personally I thought I was having a heart attack.

Beautiful! You inspired me to get back into painting I was just looking at some of my old stuff from college yesterday and grabbed a piece and pinned it to the wall so that it would remind me of that side of my life and maybe one day I’d start with smtg.
