screwed up tonight and binged on pizza. should have had a more filling balanced dinner but was at an event that didn't offer many options so I ate smaller portions of what they offered. also I stayed up too late watching tv and that is when I always get in trouble. must be good the rest of the weekend and keep my workouts up. felt good to sweat and move my body today during the workout.
