screwed up tonight and binged on pizza. should have had a more filling balanced dinner but was at an event that didn't offer many options so I ate smaller portions of what they offered. also I stayed up too late watching tv and that is when I always get in trouble. must be good the rest of the weekend and keep my workouts up. felt good to sweat and move my body today during the workout.

Worked out today...30 min cardio and 30 crunches on the ball. Not much but at least it was something. Feeling a little worried about going out of town next week (NYC). I want to enjoy myself but not sabatoge the good start I've given myself. Happy that I fought the urge to eat a late night sweet last night and went to bed at a decent time. My hubby is being very supportive - wish I had his perserverance...he has been off of sugar for 1yr. now and looks great. He also loves to work out which at this point I can't say. Hope that will change. Positive thoughts, positive thoughts...

This is the first day of my journey to lose 30lbs. Once again I find myself having to lost 30lbs. like I had to when I was 9yrs. old. I did it then and I can do it again. I MUST workout and that is so key to my success and I MUST keep a food journal.
