Finished first week of the military diet! 3 days on strict menu plan then 4 days of 1500 calorie per day. ( I ate 1200 because I know from past experience that 1500 won’t let me lose weight). My husband did the 1500 cal days. Our plan is to repeat plan starting tomorrow. We both need to lose 25 -30 lbs.
