Starting 3 day Military diet to try to jump start weight loss
166.6 lb Lost so far: 0.8 lb.    Still to go: 31.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Diet Calendar Entry for 10 June 2019:
1455 kcal Fat: 60.26g | Prot: 66.13g | Carb: 138.67g.   Breakfast: Jif Natural Creamy Peanut Butter, Coffee, Kind Almond Butter Whole Grain Clusters, Great Value Frozen Mixed Berries, Kirkland Signature Nonfat Plain Greek Yogurt, Oroweat Original Oatnut Bread. Lunch: Lay's Pinch of Salt Potato Chips, Hummus , Cauliflower , Taylor Farms Celery Sticks, Freshlike Carrots, Ground Beef (90% Lean / 10% Fat, Patty, Cooked, Broiled) , Oroweat Original Oatnut Bread. Dinner: Red Table Wine , Dole Pineapple Chunks in its Own Juice, Egg Noodles (Enriched, Cooked) , Cooked or Sauteed Mature Onions (Fat Added in Cooking), Yellow Sweet Peppers , Italian Sausage. Snacks/Other: Butter , Honeymaid Graham Crackers. more...

I am finally getting used to the calorie restriction. I eat 1,500-1,600 calories on my other days. I lost three pounds last week and over two this most recent week. Hang in there. I think the third day is the worst. Let me know how it goes for you.
