Okay! So I've been following the diet exactly By the book! Except....SUNDAY

1. My boyfriend got a blueberry strudel at Time Horton : I took half a bite as he took pity on me.

2. I had 15 meatballs at ikea with the gravy. But got a salad and no fries.
- I then skipped supper so the carbs still came close to under 20 grams.

3. As I was cleaning up my bedroom I found a box of Lindt Chocolates and had 4.
-No supper? Probably a bad idea...
214.0 lb Lost so far: 6.0 lb.    Still to go: 74.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 6.0 lb a week
