Disappointed by a gain this current weigh-in. I guess they can't all be a reduction like the first week. I have been logging everything I eat and doing my walks and more stuff around the house. Had a set-back with a migraine where I was laid-up for 2-3 days just resting and a few days we went out that I basically maxed my calories for the day. Not making excuses, just want to remember what may have caused this to happen. Still feeling optimistic and have more energy overall and my clothes seem to fit better granted I have a very long way to go.
