My wife has started getting serious about her health and I want to support her by implementing a "buddy system". I want to do this for myself as well and we can get through this together.

I'm kind of relieved that I hadn't gained more over xmas. I hadn't weighed myself since before then and I was really dreading it.

Hey my husband and I are doing a buddy system to. It started out just me but then he noticed he was losing weight from the meals I was making. Now he's looking at the carbs in foods.
