I weighed less today, but I ate more yesterday :) So, I am assuming that that weight will creep up on me this weekend at some point. To combat it I will swim extra hard tomorrow at the gym and weigh myself Monday to see if it all evens out. If I can crack 200 lbs I'l jump up for joy.

My cheat day was glorious...disregard how close it was to my last cheat day :) I had fuddruckers!!! I can't say just how much I love a good red meat burger. They conned me into going by sending me on of those free 1/3 lb burgers on your birthday emails. Damn them! The prerequisite is that you have to buy something of comparable value to get the free addition. There's always a catch... So, instead of getting my usual 1 pound burger and calling it a day, I got a 1/2lber and the free 1/3 lber. Even though the nice young lady offered to just let me have the 1/3 without buying anything else. I quickly interjected that I still wanted the other as well :) No fries, no sugary water drinks...HECK NO! Why waste my calories on drinking cra@! when I can eat delicious alternatives?

For desert a red velvet cupcake from Red Velvet Cupcakery near the Verizon Center in DC. Heavenly cheating that I don't regret at all because it gives me renewed vigor to continue my healthy eating by giving my brain and body a break. (Rationalization rocks!) With all that cheating I was off my mark by a good 4-500 calories or more clocking in at 2200 calores for the day roughly in a single meal (wow). I didn't even add in the mayo and ketchup because it would be a crime, so I'll pay for it in the gym.

Good food, good company, good times...Don't diet, just moderate. I won't not anything because I can't. I just genuinely would rather eat healthy and comfortably most of the time ;)
