It's the same old situation. I know, I know I can let go. I thought I should tell you That I made my last mistake.
I am tired of feeling like a carb-fiend. Yesterday I started low carbing again. I'm really just trying to get ahold of myself again and stop the cravings. I need to do some grocery shopping once I think I can control myself in there.
I still feel like I'm stuck in the darkness, but it's slowly clearing. Exercise and friends are helping.
I have an appointment with a physical trainer on Thursday. Yesterday and today both, I did go to the gym and at least try to do something. I'm also getting over this being sick bullshit for the past 2 weeks - I had the flu and it turned into a sinus infection and bronchitis. This was the worst I had been sick in forever. Fun stuff.
Found a pair of brand new running shoes at the Goodwill today for $3, and I'm working on downloading new workout music as I type. Still feeling a little run-down, so this is gonna be an early night.

Carbs are insidious. It seems like if I pass a very low threshold on eating them in a given day, I just can't stop, and I go into binge mode. Glad you're getting over the physical illnesses and that the light is slowly creeping in - speaking of which, have you considered seasonal affective disorder as a possible contributor? If you tend to get to feeling lower in winters in general, it might help to get some full spectrum lights indoors...
