Work Pants didn't scream as bad today. They are still tight though. Working out and eating right is paying off. I was able to ward off the food day yesterday and only ate what I brought to work.
Turned down muffins this am as well. Turned a fatty lunch. Successful day so far! Scale continues to show progress.
