It's official. After doing some research on PMS, I am giving up coffee and sugar. I am going to be cranky and not very pleasant for the first week. No big change from what I am now though. I wrote a list(a very long list) of my PMS symptoms and I think most of them can be prevented. Well here goes the first day. Eek!
