I would like to weigh 130 by sept 2019 I am eating well like chicken 2 times a week salmon 2 times a week and shrimp. I eat red meat twice a month . I also eat a lot of veg during week and fruit. I f I want something sweet I eat a juice bar. I do drink sodas I drink water , unsweet tea and black coffee. exercise is a daily thing I do. so here i go :)
168.0 lb Lost so far: 9.0 lb.    Still to go: 40.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
