Well, one day down. It took a bit longer than expected to enter all the food information. Happy I stayed within my calorie limit even with my wine and square of chocolate. Tomorrow have to investigate the recipe tool. If I submit a recipe, then will it calculate the nutrition info and enter to my food section in whatever portion size I state? Gotta exercise tomorrow!

Recipe tool is great. Yes, that is how it works. FS also remembers the foods you have eaten in the past so it is easier to enter your food info as you go.
