wonder how much faster i'll drop if i cut out carbs completely!?
i've had a few days where i had to force myself to eat even though i was not hungry coz my calorie count was around 1000 only for the day and i dont want to have too much of a deficit nor lose weight too fast.
anyone else have this kind of problem??
