Well, just when I thought I was ready to get back into the swing of things, I deflated! I am still eating when and what I should, but the exercise is just not coming back like I had hoped! I did go for a 4 mile walk last night with the hubby, but that was about it. We did it in about 45 minutes so we defiantly pushed ourselves...it felt great, but other then that and playing softball once this week, that is all I have done. I just can't seem to get back to the gym...guess it will happen. I did get on the scale this morning just to be sure I was not gaining and I am still holding strong, that is a great feeling no matter what, but now I need to force myself to get into the gym! I have a goal for October 11th and unless I get into the gym I won't make it!
