First day didn't go so well. Under my calories but a lot of bad choices especially towards evening. I think a lot of it has to do with skipping lunch. By the time I was done driving to Warren, watching flag football tryouts and driving back, I was starving. I should have prepared better and brought something along. I guess a positive point was I didn't order anything when I stopped at McDonald's for the boys. Back to work tomorrow so better choices should be easier.
