Today was church and they had a 4th of july luncheon at the church.I gave in and ate a hamburger,potatoe salad, and baked beans.Also a cupcake to top it off.I don't plan on eating supper tonight.I did well on my calorie count, but my main focus is my fat grams.I only want to eat 30gr. or less.I was over 80gr. today.I need to take this more seriously and never go to a church function w/o eating breakfast first.I beleive I would of done better today if I had only ate this AM.

Functions like that are hard! If you know what they might have ahead of time... try and plan what you're going to eat. That might help. I need to do that myself!
