Today was church and they had a 4th of july luncheon at the church.I gave in and ate a hamburger,potatoe salad, and baked beans.Also a cupcake to top it off.I don't plan on eating supper tonight.I did well on my calorie count, but my main focus is my fat grams.I only want to eat 30gr. or less.I was over 80gr. today.I need to take this more seriously and never go to a church function w/o eating breakfast first.I beleive I would of done better today if I had only ate this AM.

I am so upset over my weakness for my grandaughter's 1st birthday party cupcakes.Yes I ate 2 of them.I tried to talk myself out of them but it just didn't happen.There was also watermelon and lots of water.I also ate about 1 cup of hamburger helper.A big no no!What I need to learn from this it is not worth cheating when you get nervous over something(having the party,trying to make everything perfect).My health isn't going to get better by itself.I have to do my part.Tommorrow will be a better day with God's help.

Hi I'm new here.I am determined to loose my fat.It is a matter of health.I have a fatty liver with liver fibrosis.It really scares me, this is serious.My wake up call!I pray everyday that God gives me the strength to go thru another day. So far I have lost 10lbs just by decreasing my fat content tremendously.Glad i am here.
