Starting today onward I'm starting a new diet. I've always focus on losing weight and counting calories like it doesnt matter what I eat as long as the calories are enough and I did so well in losing my weight and keeping it steady. However, I had my blood test two weeks ago and my cholestrol are really high compare to last year. In 3 months time I have to check it again. I was shocked but i'll take this oppurtunity to go on a healthy diet. Starting today, I'm cutting out saturated fat, excess sugar and salt. My LDL is 162 and I am determine to put it under 100. I can totally do this :D
