I got 6 glasses of water in today! Not quite 8 but I am working on it! I nearly walked 5000 steps according to my piece of crap pedometer. I feel like I walked more! My blood sugar dropped again before dinner so I had to eat a banana and is 74 before bedtime. I ate a delicious blueberry yogurt cup so hopefully it won't drop in the night and make me mess up my RDI.
I weighed on my wii fit last Thurs=144 My reg scale weighed me 142 this morning, but wii fit still weighed me at 144. hmmm... Guess I need to pick one and stick with it. At least wii fit said "great" today when I stepped on and not "oooh". ha ha
