New plan (#348)! I discovered, truly discovered, that if wine is available, I AM going to have it -- probably (OK definitely) two glasses. And that led to a brilliant revelation: If it's not there I can't eat/drink it! Am I smart or what? So, I will buy one bottle of wine a week, have my two glasses a day, then one, and when it's gone I switch to herb tea with a Lindt Dark Chocolate truffle later. Interesting: I've had that bag of truffles in my cabinet for months. It doesn't call to me. The wine does. Live and learn.

I've had an avg of 7.5 oz of Merlot daily Mon - Wed this week and I am down in weight. Not giving up the wine. Wine is like water in our house.
