its official! "it's my birthday and I can cry if I want! cry if I want! you would too if it happened to you!" my mom used to wake me up singing that every birthday morning. Haha no clue why but it stuck. it's my birthday and for my birthday I gave myself a short term weight loss goal and than lost 5 lbs more then my short term goal, also a new apartment so I have less stress at home, a few new clothes so I feel more confident and empowered in my new weight class and can keep loosing weight. and most of all I gave myself pride. I am proud of what I have done over the last year and how hard I have pushed.
