Super happy and proud and just had to share. 9 weeks ago I had a 3D body scan done to begin my journey. Today I had my follow up scan and am super proud of the results that can't be measured at home. Have lost 7.6% of my body fat % and increased my lean mass by 2.2kgs. I've lost weight and cm's but most importantly my body shape rating is now well above average meaning I have greatly decreased my risk of developing health issues. I highly recommend these scans if you have access to them through your gym or PT. 😀
