Well Good morning FS family
I retreated last night around 5 pm from the site this morning when I had returned I tried...lol I tried to read many of the posts I had missed...
Just saying to the wonderful lovelies here... with their huge hearts reading all the heart tugging posts towards me...OMG xoxoxo so sweet and I do appreciate all the love and kindness that you show... its just so wonderful a feeling to receive Hey but I sure hope I dont need to go out today because of all the compliments you have stated has given me a huge head and now I dont think I can get my fat head through the front door....lol...
My beautiful soulful friends ...here is a saying for you all" it does take one to know one" and you all are just as phenomenal to me you have such positive attitudes, your mentors to so many here and you are great with inspiring others too, On this site is a support team beyond what a support team is expected to be....Super Hero type support...
Also please dont get me wrong we have some of the most wonderful and intelligent support system team here as men too...and I do also appreciate everyone of them.
Thank you for making this an easier transition than I expected on Saturday ...
it caught me by surprise ...
And speaking of surprise I was surprised when I weighed in this morning ....
I began last Monday on the LCHF ... returned to the sight this Saturday
Im now down 4.25 lb...feels nice;)
We know that weighing in seems to be one the best weight drops the first time around...
then for me it tends to slow down and the real loss begins ...that is fine with me...
Its definitely not my first rodeo doing this ...now if I will grasp an important lesson and not just preach it...
I must continue to stay on my horse and ride through my life rodeo and appreciate this feeling so much better..;)

Good afternoon in my world Maxie. I’m glad you felt so welcomed. Hope you stick around, we just met after all. And great weigh in! I’ve never had a drop that big. I’m the slowest turtle there is on here. I’m in no rush but boy, for those who drop so quickly, I always wonder how... now imgrest at gaining quickly, can do that without any effort at all!!!!!! 😜😂 Great to see you today. Wifey I like the keto plan and know what works for me plus after much researching and experimenting on myself I know what it takes for me... water weight is the first to go... so its normal for me to drop this way at first weigh in then I turtle down myself sweetie lol and now after the first weigh in I will only weigh in every a month so I get a better result than .25 of a lb lol I know down is down;) I just measure myself I measure my waist hips and thighs to maintain my knowledge Im on the right track... Not in a rush either because it doesnt work that way for me... when I begin back on the right track I do allow myself things like diet sodas and any low carb foods then I switch it up to a cleaner way at eating and I always allow me a carb up day ...I can gain with a bat of an eye too... the 16 hr days of nursing do keep me on track from gaining tons because your moving and on your feet all the time so less time for the coach potato thingy for me lol sending much love to you this am my new bud xoxoxo ;)

Debbie sweetie I usually dont join challenges because of my days on at work I do only 16 hr days and its an hour drive each way so not much time for following any type of a challenge it becomes kind of discouraging for me but sweetie I love that you sent me a personal invite...I feel loved...thank you honey xoxoxo;)
