Today was a Court Morning for Sis... So I went and we waited and waited... I read the book The Hard Questions, then I decided not to wait anymore and went to chiropractor. What a wonderful adjustment. I was feeling cramps so that was my major complaint. She said my pelvic was tilted - meaning maybe the delay for my cycle and cramping feeling. She indicated the tilt makes one of my legs longer than the other by 1 inch!!! Anyway, I felt better after the adjustment for about 1 hour then felt like I was run over by a truck. I had to go to UB for the Jaw Study and then came home and fell asleep from about 3 - 6. Ate, played, did work with AAliyah and relaxed a bit... off to bed!! Oh yeah, I didn't have an appetite at allll today. I forced myself to eat yogurt in the morning and rice and beans and quacamole with crackers for dinner. I wasn't able to exercise due to the pains in my stomach/abdomen.
