The weekend is here and its always the worst time to think healthy. Days off, spending time with family and just being lazy wanting to go out to eat all weekend. I realize this is not healthy. Just last night I was so proud of ordering a 7oz steak with Veggies and no potatos! That would have never happened ever. I put some BBQ sauce on the Veggies and it was the best I have ever had. But Its time to bring food home. Its time to get active when I don't want to be. ITs time to do this right. No cheating. No fatterdays. Protine and Fiber all the way!
