Followed my diet to a T, yesterday. Today not so great. I missed 2 shakes, then I ate 5 Lindor chocolates. Fixed lasagna for my husband. Tasted it. Really was a teeny tiny taste.
220.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 45.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
