Yesterday evening and today are particularly difficult diet moments. Yesterday evening was an engagement party here at my house with wonderful cakes, finger foods, et al. Very hard to resist! But I did pretty good overall. Today was a family reunion with all the trimmings! Again, I resisted but I came home starving and dove straight in to a squash heavy salad.
But left over cake is staring at me right now!
