YES I made it through day 3 of the 3 day stall breaker plan. It was an ok day, I really like the chef salad and enjoyed every bite! There was temptation after work though, but I didn't give in. I went to a dedication of a building for a dear friend that passed away and they had yummy snacks after the presentation. I just took a picture of the neat cupcake/cake and did not touch them. There also was pizza and other goodies but I quickly passed them by also. It wasn't easy but at least now I'm at home and in for the night, no tempting food in the apartment at the moment. So I will take it one day and sometimes one moment at a time! take care to all out in FS land :-)

thanks for comments!, Yes at first I did the picture just to send it to my sons who knew her & went to school with her son. But now I like having the picture just so I can show, gee I resisted this and I'm proud, plus they are neat photos. There were 3 "cakes" made up with cup cakes and each had a different design. One was our Florida state flag one the city flag and the other the notice of building dedication, I'll try to post the photos.
