Going to gym again today...hamstrings are stiff as hell! Did V-dance where we run around like little ballerina's,pillay and jumps and booty shakes and the works...man I was out of breath...did'nt like the reflection in the mirror but will keep on keeping on!!!
Need to weigh myself to see if something happened!!
