So, I've fallen below my goal weight, and I promised I wouldn't celebrate until I've been under it for a week. I'm having a hard time keeping up with my diet already. I've had smaller and smaller deficits for the past couple of weeks and I haven't been doing as much cardio.
Hopefully I can maintain this weight. I haven't decided if I just want to stay at this weight or set a new goal. 5'3" and 130 lbs doesn't seem too small. Lots of people think 125 or even 120 is average. I just don't want to get carried away and make myself sick mentally or physically. There are definitely aspects of this that are addicting, even if it's been hard.
